About the Baker
Samantha Infanto has began as a pastry chef in 2008.
She studied at The California Culinary Academy of Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. After obtaining her baking and pastry certificate, she elaborated in her studies as an apprentice to popular pastry chefs, first in Switzerland and then in Italy. Samantha has also worked in a French Patisserie creating wedding cakes, and as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining Italian Restaurant in Pismo Beach.
